1 First-time setup (per teammate)

Run once on each teammate's Mac. Walks you through installs + sign-in.

Set me up to run the LP quarterly commentary skill. I'm a first-time user, I don't use Terminal, and I'm working on a fresh Mac. Read SKILL.md and USER_MANUAL.md in this folder. Walk me through every install step — Homebrew, Python deps, Vercel CLI — pausing for my approval before each one. When everything is installed, run the bootstrap health check and confirm I'm ready to go.
2 Start a new quarter

First action of each quarter. Anyone on the team can run it once.

Start a new quarter for me: Q1 2026 LP commentary. Walk me through the setup prompts.
3 Run the metric scans

After the quarter is set up. ~5–10 min total.

Run the metric scans for Q1 2026: read the LP-doc table structure, dump the KPI tracker sheets, and build the source-extraction plan. Tell me when each one finishes and what to do next.
4 Check progress / resume work

Use any time to see where the team is and what to work on next.
